Scope of Work: 1. The City of Ocala is seeking bids from qualified Florida licensed General, Residential, Demolition, or Building Contractors to perform demolition work of a residential home located at 1922 NW 2nd St, Ocala, FL, 34475.
2. Contractor will provide all labor and equipment necessary to complete this project. ATTACHMENTS
1. Exhibit A – Scope of Work
2. Exhibit B – Price Proposal
3. Exhibit C – Asbestos Survey Report PRICING AND AWARD
1. Bids will be received on a lump sum basis. Lump sum amounts must include all direct and indirect costs.
2. Award will be made to the lowest bidder, not including optional line items, meeting all requirements outlined herein.
