Synopsis:
|
|
Living Sky School Division #202 (LSKYSD) is seeking Proposals from qualified Suppliers for provision of lawn mowing and trimming for various LSKYSD Schools. The proposed term of this procurement is two (2) years with the option to extend for one (1) additional year term.
Work for each term will commence on May 1st, or as soon as conditions allow, and end on October 31st. LSKYSD may request services in writing if ground maintenance is required outside of these dates due to unusual seasonal conditions.

Suppliers may bid on a combination of some or all sites. Where bidding for multiple sites Suppliers must provide bids for each site individually however LSKYSD are willing to consider additional bids for packaged pricing across multiple sites.
Suppliers are welcome to submit an additional Proposal for an alternative term should there be an alternative time period which is commercially beneficial for both parties.
Should a Supplier wish to offer an extended payment period, in excess of net thirty (30) calendar days, the associated benefit to LSKYSD will be considered as part of the Proposal evaluation.
