7th/10th St SW Woodland Estates Ave and 7th ST SW Resurfacing and Culvert Contract

Project Description: Hillsborough County Engineering & Operations Department requires a qualified Contractor to provide the construction of two bundled projects: Roadway Resurfacing (CIP 69631199 / 46142911): Resurfacing of 7th St SW, 10th St SW, and Woodland Estates Ave., from 24th Ave SW to W College Ave—a total distance of approximately 1.634 miles. Work includes drainage improvements, Clearing and grubbing, signing and pavement marking upgrades, and underground water utility relocation. Exceptions: The intersection with S. U.S. Hwy 41 (S. Tamiami Trail) falls under FDOT jurisdiction and is excluded. The railroad crossing area under CSX jurisdiction is also excluded. Culvert Replacement at 1518 7th Ave SW (CIP 46142455): Replacement and extension of the existing stormwater culvert to enhance safety and meet current design standards estimated at $5,349,829.44
SBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 6% has been established for participation by SBE as Subcontractors.
