Creative Saskatchewan seeks proposals from qualified IT managed services providers for high-quality IT support, innovative solutions, and strategic guidance. The goal is to ensure reliable and secure IT operations, proactive support, and consultation.

Overview Scope of Project:

• IT Infrastructure and Design: Maintenance of IT infrastructure, including firewall, Microsoft 365, and cloud integration.
• Hardware and Software Procurement: Management of leased IT equipment, hardware lifecycle, and admin-level protection for software downloads.
• Implementation and Deployment: Equipment installation, deployment planning, and system integration.
• User Training and Support: IT support via phone, live chat, or email, cybersecurity training, tech-tips, workshops, and after-hours support.
• Maintenance and Upgrades: Microsoft patches, system health checks, software updates, data backup support, and special project statements.
• Security and Compliance: Network monitoring, anti-virus protection, cybersecurity services, compliance with industry standards, business continuity, and data encryption.
• Additional Services: Any relevant services not listed in the scope.

Timelines:

• Follow-up questions deadline: May 5, 2025
• Addenda issuance deadline: May 12, 2025
• Proposal submission deadline: May 20, 2025
• Shortlisted proponents notified: May 30, 2025
• Successful proponent notified: June 9, 2025
• Project completion date: July 11, 2025
