Aquatic Vegetation Maintenance Services

Sealed proposals for Aquatic Vegetation Maintenance Services must be delivered to the Village of Royal Palm Beach, Florida at the Village Clerk’s Office, located at 1050 Royal Palm Beach Boulevard, Royal Palm Beach, Florida 33411, no later than 3:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at which time they will be opened and read in public.  Proposals received after 3:00 p.m. will be placed in the file unopened and will not be considered.  The envelope containing the Proposal must be sealed and plainly marked “Aquatic Vegetation Maintenance Services”.  Opening date: “August 27, 2025” on the face thereof.  “RFP” documents can be downloaded at www.royalpalmbeachfl.gov or picked up at the at the Village Clerk’s Office, located at 1050 Royal Palm Beach Boulevard, Royal Palm Beach, Florida 33411. Contract documents may be delivered electronically via email at no cost by completing a REQUEST FORM . The Village reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to accept or reject any and all Proposals and to waive any minor technicalities or irregularities therein.  The Village further reserves the right to award the contract to that Proposer whose Proposal best complies with the proposed specifications and will best further the interest of the Village or be the most advantageous to the Village, or to cancel the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) and re-advertise in the future.  Proposals will be opened publicly and the names of the Proposers responding to the solicitation will be read aloud.  Proposals will then be sent to the Village appointed selection committee for evaluation to determine if the Proposers are both responsible and responsive.  Award will be by means of a written agreement with the selected Proposer.  Proposer must submit one (1) unbound original and three (3) copies of the complete Proposal.
