The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) is currently requesting Ultra-Low Freezers PHCbi VIP ECO Series Energy Efficient –86 °C Ultra-low Temperature Upright Freezers: 25.7 Cu ft, Catalog number: MDF-DU702VHA-PA. The Government intends to issue an oral solicitation for the subject effort in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items.” This is not a request for quote.
