Amendment N0018925RZ104-0001 and N0018925RZ104-0001 Conform documents have been updated to:
1. Extend the offer due date to 16 June 2025 at 12:00 PM EDT.
2. Provide the answers to submitted questions.
3. Update the minimum qualifications for Mid-Level SharePoint/Power Platform Developer in the PWS.
4. Increase the “Non-Price Proposal” page limitation to 22 pages.
5. Provide an updated "Price List" as an attachment.
6. Remove the requirement for subcontractor price/cost information.
7. Update font size requirements.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION prepared in accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 12 “Acquisition of Commercial Items,” in conjunction with FAR Part 15 “Contracting by Negotiation” procedures, as prescribed by FAR 12.203. The proposed acquisition will be solicited using the tradeoff process, as outlined in FAR 15.101. The proposed acquisition will result in a single award, IDIQ, FFP-type contract. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), located at Contract Opportunities at SAM.gov. Please see the attached RFP N0018925RZ104-0001.
