    The Minnesota Department of Corrections is seeking proposals from a qualified contractor to provide professional services in the administration DOC's iBase system (intelligence system used by our Office of Special Investigations) in part for background checks. Also involved will be system analysis of database structures connecting to iBase. These include COMS (Correctional Operations Management System), iTag, (incarcerated persons accounting system), JPay and SWIFT.
