In accordance with FAR 6.302-3, Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) issued a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Johns Hopkins University Applied Phyics Laboratory (JHU/APL). This BOA will fulfill requirements to support he Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) and other Defense Agencies. The OUSD requires research and development expertise to provide analysis, research and development, systesm engineering support, test and evaluation and other capabilities.
This is a notificaiton of the Government's sole source justification as required by FAR 6.305. This is NOT a request for proposals and request for copies of a solicitation document in response to this positing will not be honored or acknowledged.
