Provide professional architectural and engineering design, for the Preliminary Plan, Working Drawing and Construction Administration phases of the above project
All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.
The estimated cost of construction is approximately $49,700,000.00.
The estimated duration of this contract will be seven (7) years.
