CO - ACS - CHJCF - Bed Replacement

The department of youth services is looking to replace some of the beds at our Cuyahoga Hills Juvenile Correctional Facility (CHJCF).

The beds we are replacing are Norrix brand beds model - TNT1212

Requirements:
We’re requesting quotes for 20 beds, either brand name or an alternative equal based on the minimum requirements below:

Performance Timeline :
As a requirement, to be considered for the bid award, the offeror must be capable of furnishing and delivering the beds in full within 2 months of the issuance of the purchase order.

By participating in this bid, the bidder agrees to be bound by the attached State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions.

This solicitation will be awarded based on the lowest quote for the entire bid and the most responsive and responsible bidder to include delivery, setup, and warranty if applicable.  By submitting quote(s) for this solicitation, you are guaranteeing quoted pricing for 60 days.  No adjustments are permitted once a purchase order have been generated and received.
