Delivery of Library Materials

Project Description: The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking competitive sealed bids from a qualified Contractor to provide ongoing and as-needed routine delivery services of library materials such as, but not limited to, library books, reference books, educational kits, electronic devices, newspapers, magazines, facility supplies, compact discs (CD), digital video disc (DVD), promotional materials (bookmarks and fliers), interoffice mail (packing lists, letters, and invoices), library cards and tags, etc., to library branches and mail processing centers. The Contractor shall have a climate-controlled storage facility to store library materials with a minimum of 1,000 square feet of storage area. The resulting contract will be for a four (4) year period. The project's estimate is $985,450.00.
