  • Synopsis
    The Southeast District seeks pricing to establish a fixed-price agreement with multiple vendors supplying commercial mix for pavement repairs throughout the calendar year of 2026. All material must meet the specifications as described in Sections 401 through 402 of the current Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. Product will be picked up on an "as-needed / if needed basis." Vendor selection will be based on availability, cost and distance to repair site. Prices are to remain firm during this period. Should economic conditions warrant a price adjustment, a letter of explanation is to be submitted to this office. Additional vendors may be added at later dates to best serve the interests of MoDOT regarding location, etc.
