The former Trash Removal Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) number is 36C78620D0087. The Former Contractor was CHP Solutions, LLC. The value of the BPA was exactly $5 million dollars. The award date was April 15, 2020.
All other Terms and Conditions shall remain unchanged.
Quantico National Cemetery is in need of Trash Removal Services for a Base plus Four Option Years period. POP: 4/1/2026 through 3/31/3032. See Schedule. Wage Determination: 2015-4281, Revision 35, Date 12-03-2025.
