RACW seeks proposals from qualified engineering firms on behalf of the City of Washington  through the HUD Community Project Funding (CPF).   RACW intends to select a firm to provide engineering services for the CITY OF WASHINGTON ROADWAY PROJECT NO. B-24-CP-PA-1911.  The specific services being sought by RACW are identified in RFP #798.  A copy of this document may be obtained by emailing redevelopment@racw.net or calling 724-228-6875.

A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, June 25 at 10:00 a.m. at the former PennDOT facility parking lot located at 196 Murtland Avenue, Washington, PA.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 4:00 P.M., prevailing time, on July 10, 2026.
