CSU - Operation & Management of Night-Time Custodial Services

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide CSU - Operation & Management of Night-Time Custodial Services  to the Columbus State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
Columbus State University is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to award an agency contract for the management and operation of night-time custodial services at Columbus State University on main campus located at 4225 University Avenue, Columbus, GA 31907. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to implement a performance-based cleaning program that yields quality levels consistent with the upper range for the APPA Level 3 standard of custodial service. Columbus State University requires a clean, safe, and healthy environment for students, employees, and the campus community. The scope of the services required is detailed in the RFP document and related exhibits.
