The Ann Arbor VAMC requires the replacement of the AHU 2 and 13 Steam Coils. The contractor shall provide all staff, management, supervision, labor, tools, parts, materials, and transportation necessary to fully perform the required services.

Equipment to be provided by Contractor:
- Vertical Integral Face & Bypass Coils (VIFB) Steam Coils, Quantity 2.
- AHU 2 Specifications: One Row VIFB Coil for Steam heating with Side Mounted Actuator. Model: VC-7 Steam or equivalent, 1 Row Coil.
- AHU 13 Specifications: One Row VIFB Coil for Steam heating with Side Mounted Actuator. Model: VE-10 Steam or equivalent, 1 Row Coil.
