The Health and Human Services Commission (“System Agency”) seeks a qualified Respondent to provide a vendor hosted, Software as a Service (SaaS) for an Aging Information and Data Management Solution (“SAIDMS”), to support the maintenance and reporting of data for the following HHSC programs:

a. Chief Program & Services Office, Community Services Division

1. Office of Area Agencies on Aging (“OAAA”),

2. Office of Aging and Disability Resource Centers (“OADRC”), and

b. Chief Public Affairs Office, State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program (“SLTCOP”).
