THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Bldg. 171, Temple, TX, 76504 intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a single, firm fixed price contract for Construction Services. The solicitation will be issued on SAM.gov on or about January 8, 2025, and will include the Statement of Work, drawings, and specifications. The IFB opening will be on or about February 26, 2025. There will be a pre-bid site visit; information and specifics to follow with the solicitation.
Project Details: Provide all necessary work and services to upgrade the HVAC systems for the 1st Floor Lab of the Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital as part of the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS). Work includes general construction, alterations, removal of existing utilities, and certain other items, as indicated on the project plans and specifications.
