Description:
The City of Westminster requests proposals from qualified System Integrators (CSI) for a combined scope consisting of (A) a SCADA platform upgrade/migration, (B) a radio telemetry installation at designated sites, and (C) radio survey. Pricing shall be submitted foe the combined Package.
Pre-Bid Information:
A required pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00am on December 11, 2025 at Westminster City Hall (located 100 E Windsor St, Westminster, SC 29693).
