Question 1: The period of performance for this requirement is one year; however, the unit of measure on the price schedule is listed as 15 hours. Based on the Government s response indicating an average of 15 hours per week, should we use a quantity of 780 hours (15 hours per week × 52 weeks) to accurately reflect the full period of performance? Please confirm how the Government would like the quantity to be represented.
Government Response: The attached Price Schedule indicates a quantity of 15 hours per week, with the unit cost being per hour. The unit cost should reflect the cost per hour; however, the offeror can include the total annual amount for each year (base plus four (4) option years) in their submission.

Question 2: Is there a janitorial closet on site?
Government Response: Yes, there is a janitorial closet on site.
