This action is for a modification to extend the overall Period of Performance (PoP) from 48 to 72 months, to increase the ceiling on contract W909MY-22-C-0023 with DRS Network & Imaging Systems, LLC (DRS) pursuant to 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) § 3204(a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) - Substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. This requirements contract, W909MY-22-C-0023, is for Third Generation Forward Looking Infrared (3GEN FLIR) Dewar Cooler Bench (DCB), and Technical & Engineering, Test, and Logistics Services. This extension will extend the PoP through an additional 24 months (through 24 August 2028), increase the contract Firm Fixed Price (FFP) ceiling for procurement of additional hardware production option lots in Fiscal Years (FYs) 25 and FY26 and increase the Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) ceiling for technical & engineering, test, and logistics services.
