THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY- A solicitation is NOT available at this time. The Government will not award a contract on the basis of this RFI.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking small business concern sources capable of providing the SEC with Google Analytics Software and Support. The SEC anticipates an award of a single of a single contract with option periods for five (5) years, optional quantities of licensees/nodes and implantation of any new software that maybe required.
The objective of this RFI is to learn if this requirement can be solicited as a firm fixed price contract.
The Google Analytics List of Requirements attached provides the requirements of this project.
RFI responses shall be in the form of a Capability Statement that addresses:
1. Vendor's input on meeting the requirements list.
2. Vendor's current contacts with government agencies and GWAC's.
3. The availability to fulfill the requirements identified in the Requirement List utilizing your GWAC contract. Briefly address how your solution addresses each of the requirements stated in this RFI to include negotiate/management of the subscription for the SEC. Describe any customization that would be required to fulfill required functionality.
4. Company's profile and capability in providing the supplies/services, if any. This should include any partnering arrangements contemplated.
5. Business type (i.e., small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a)-certified small disadvantaged business, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business).
6. Past Performance History /Experience in providing this area of expertise to the Government, and other relevant information that would enhance the Government's understanding of the information submitted. Specific examples that are relevant should include experience with implementation with other government agencies.
7. Budgetary estimates to include pricing model for all services and subscription licensing to implement the solution.
NOTE: Aside from comments on the Requirements List please limit responses to 20 pages.
