RENTAL CAR SERVICES FOR ONE YEAR



To all Bidders:



The U.S. American Embassy in Ecuador has a requirement of services for rental car of three vehicles for a period of one year, to start on or about July 2025.



The services shall be provided in accordance with the specifications detailed in the Statement of Work. For this purpose, the contractor shall provide three vehicles on a mon thly basis for a 12-month period. Rental service must include scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance (labor and parts), yearly registration fees, substitute vehicle during maintenance, and general in country support within Ecuador. Services must be complied according to all specifications detailed in the SOW.





The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract.



Pursuant to FAR 4.1102, bidders are required to be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) at the time a quotation is submitted.
