Architectural Design Services and Feasibility Study for the Domestic Violence Shelter

The City of Irving is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural firms to provide professional architectural and related services for the evaluation, planning, and potential design of a Non-Congregate Domestic Violence Shelter. The selected firm will initially perform a feasibility study (Phase 1) to determine the most appropriate approach to meet the City’s service needs, including evaluation of renovation versus new construction options. Based on the outcome of Phase 1, the City anticipates negotiating a contract amendment for full architectural and engineering design services.
