Notice of intent to Sole Source: The Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division intends to procure Transmetric's Traffic server 8 database and web portal is software that integrates the analytic approaches recommended by the American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and recreational quality assurance/quality control of recreational traffic data into a single package, providing a program which generates traffic related statistics, monthly and annual reporting and will display traffic data on the internet.
