Request for Qualification The City of Marlborough Department of Public Works Engineering Division is soliciting responses from Massachusetts Department of Transportation MassDOT prequalified Engineering Consulting firms the Consultant to provide civil engineering traffic engineering and other design services per City of Marlborough and MassDOT Scoping Workbook related to the proposed Granger Boulevard Reconstruction Project. Engineering services for the project shall include but not be limited to preparation of preliminary design preparing all necessary plans cross sections right of way plans estimates reports permit applications specifications and bid documents in accordance with the policies and procedures of MassDOT. The Request for Qualification is available as of April 16 2025 at 9:00 AM and must be obtained from www.Projectdog.com. Project Code 868284. Request for Qualifications must be returned to the City Engineers Office, 135 Neil Street, Marlborough, MA 01752 by May 23 2025 at 3:00 PM. Sealed Qualification Applications shall be clearly marked RFQ Engineering Services for Granger Boulevard Reconstruction Project. The Designers fee for basic services shall be negotiated.
