OUSDI&S Extension

The purpose of this notice is to post the Justification for Limited Source Justification (LSJ) under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.4. OUSD(I&S) has a continuing need for technical, administrative and professional support services provided under contract number HQ003419F0506, Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. [CAGE Code: 17038; 8283 Greensboro Dr. McLean, VA 22102-3838, United States]. The current contracts expired July 27, 2025, and the Government extended the current task order period of performance (POP) for continuity of services. In June 2025, a Court of Federal Claims (COFC) protest was filed against the Call Order Two (2) award resulting in an immediate stop work order. Therefore, an extension was required to continue services while the Government works to resolve the protest. The extension was awarded as a labor-hour contract type, with a total value of $7,570,638.81 using Fiscal Year 25 Operation and Maintenance Funds. The POP is extended from July 28, 2025, to May 27, 2026.
