The Town of Marion, acting through the Office of the Town Administrator and Chief Procurement Officer, invites sealed bids from qualified responders to provide professional services to the Town of Marion and develop a Harbor Management Plan.

Proposal Documents may be obtained electronically only; downloaded directly from the Town of Marion website: www.marionma.gov/Bids.aspx starting at 8:00am on July 25, 2025. Proposal deadline is 2:00pm on August 28, 2025. The Town of Marion reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so.  Minority and Women’s Business enterprise are encouraged to submit bids for this project.
