Narural Gas Asset Management and Firm Natural Gas Supply Services

Project Description: The scope of requested services includes Natural Gas Asset Management and Firm Natural Gas Supply Services:
Proposals should address several aspects of asset management and natural gas supply services to be provided to NPU. NPU is seeking contracts: (a) for an Asset Manager that will optimize NPU’s natural gas supply, pipeline assets, storage assets, and operational balancing agreement for the benefit of NPU’s gas utility and its ratepayers, and (b) for firm delivery of physical gas supplies to Norwich at points of receipt into AGT/TE/MPC/EGTS.
The following is a list of the major components of the service that NPU is requesting. It is not intended to be exhaustive or exclusive, and NPU is open to considering innovative proposals by qualified organizations that provide the best mix of firm services for NPU and its retail customers. Respondents should feel free to propose how they would best meet NPU’s needs.
