Relocatable Lease

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ awarded a Firm Fixed-Price, delivery order as a limited source under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule for the procurement of a continued lease of a relocatable office building from Williams Scotsman, Inc. in support of the NAWCAD Lakehurst, on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ 08733. If the Government we’re to obtain a lease from another source, a substantial duplication of costs would be incurred for furniture removal costs, tear down preparations, tear down, Williams Scotsman relocatable removal costs, new facility costs, and wiring/furnishing costs. It is anticipated that the duplication of costs will not be recovered through competition.
