Custom Fabricatied and install free-standing Letters Aluminum

Fabricate and install (1) set of 8’-0”H freestanding letters reading “SBU (Shield logo)” • The letters and logo are to be fabricated from an aluminum tube frame welded at all points of contact • The letters and logo are to have 2’-0” returns with finished backs • The faces, backs and returns are to be fabricated from .125 aluminum sheet • The letters are to be mounted on 2’-0” steel tubes (2 each) • The letters, logo and steel are to be painted with Matthews Polyurethane paint • The steel tubes are to have steel plates that attach to anchor bolts • The foundation and concrete are to be provided by others • The anchor bolts are to be mounted in rebar cages and delivered to the site with guide angles for installation • Shop drawings are to be submitted for approval.
