Local and long distance telephone services for MacDill AFB. Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) will provide essential local area Telecommunication Services (TS) and features supporting the installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365). TS shall include, as a minimum but not limited to: local access for Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Primary Rate Interface's (PRI’s); local exchange trunks; transport channels; point-to-point circuits; commercial business lines and features; internet services; direct inward dial directory numbers and number portability; local and Intra-Local Access and Transport Area (LATA) access; and interconnection with Inter- LATA exchange carrier.
