Description

The US Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office – Atlantic, Gordon Health Contracting Branch is issuing a Firm-Fixed Priced Solicitation for the procurement of RALS Web-Based Software System renewal to Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Informatics, Inc. 2000 Holiday Dr. Ste 500, Charlottesville, VA, 22901-3601. The Proposed Contractor shall provide Software licensing for annual renewal of RALS software license throughout Martin Army Community Hospital for period of performance from 08/01/2025 to 7/31/2030. Software must be 100% combability with existing system used throughout MACH. RALS Web-Based Software System provides web-based software license. subscription that interface with 22 Abbott i-stat analyzers and 23 Abbott Precision Xceed pro and Abbott Freestyle Precision Pro Glucometer analyzers. Alere Informatics, Inc. is the only company that provides the RALS Web-Based Software System, for Abbott equipment.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541512 Computer Systems Design Services and the size standard is 30 million. All offers will be evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Offers. Please refer to attachments for solicitation as well as required specifications and Statement of Work.
