Overbrook Stream Resurface Project

Project Description: Bids will be received online via the PennBid Program until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, on July 3, 2025, at which time they will be opened.
Bidding Documents and solicitation details are available online without charge, at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
A pre-bid meeting followed by a site visit will be held at 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, on June 12, 2025, at the office of the Owner.
Attendance at the pre-bid meeting and site visit is (not) mandatory.
Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time, on June 19, 2025; All questions must be submitted through PennBid.
Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, irrevocable letter of credit, or Bid bond for (10) percent of the Bid total.
The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry.
The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
