(VAMC Salem Bulk Oxygen) 1. The purpose of Amendment P00002 is to update the Unit of Measures.
CLINs 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001, the Unit should read CCF and not gallons.
CLINs 0005/0006, 1005/1006, 2005/2006, 3005/3006, and 4005/4006 the unit of measure should be "Each" and per delivery.
The Emergency delivery CLIN 0003, 1003, 2003, 3003, and 4003 units of measurement should be Each and should be per occurrence.
2. CLIN 0006, 1006, 2006, 3006 and 4006 deliveries to the hospital change from 12 to 32 (annual estimate).
3. Extend Solicitation 36C24625Q0079 due date until 12/17/2024 at 11:00 a.m. EST.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAINS UNCHANGED.
