The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Norfolk at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract with priority requirements, of Technical Capability of the item, Delivery, and Supplier Performance Risk System, as the Evaluating Factors for the item listed below. The Product Service Code is 4460. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-01 and DFARS Change Notice 10/30/2023.

The anticipated delivery date for this acquisition is 2 weeks ARO. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form only. THE SOLICITATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE.

The solicitation number is SPMYM125Q0098, and it is expected to be available on or about 05 June 2025 and posted to SAM.gov, https://sam.gov/ Quotes will be due by 12:00 PM EST on 09 June 2025. The Government is not responsible for inability of the Offeror's to access solicitation documents posted.
