Project Description: The Facilities Operations Division of the General Services Department is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of approximately 180 buildings, including parking decks, parking lots, offices, fire houses, police division offices, and equipment shops that house various City activities. The City also maintains cultural facilities, including museums and arenas that serve as venues for sports, entertainment, and other events.
This solicitation is for as-needed structural engineering design services for maintenance or minor renovation projects span the entire facility portfolio as listed above.
