The Northeast Public Sewer District (NPSD) was established in 1979 as a Chapter 204 Sewer District in the State of Missouri. The District occupies 42.8 square miles of northern Jefferson County, serving over 13,500 customers. The District operates and maintains 174 miles of gravity sewers, 51 pump stations, 26.5 miles of force mains, 5,826 manholes, and 253 lampholes. Wastewater treatment is provided by one (1) 5.25 million gallons per day (MGD) regional treatment facility, three (3) small satellite treatment plants.

NPSD is seeking proposals for engineering services for the design of sanitary sewer improvements in the AnƟre Creek watershed. 1.2 Purpose & Goals

NPSD is issuing this Request for Qualifications for the qualifications-based selection of an engineering firm capable of providing wastewater collection system engineering services and serve as the District’s consulƟng engineer. The firm selected will be expected to perform the work primarily in-house; however, sub-consultants may be retained for specialized work.

The projects referenced in this RFQ are anƟcipated to be funded with Missouri Department of Natural Resources State Revolving Fund (SRF) loans and/or grants. All project activities associated with the projects must be performed in accordance with SRF
