Design Coordinator

Project Description: The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified firms/individuals for 3 (three) services areas: Design Coordination services for ensuring seamless integration among all design disciplines, adherence to project requirements, and alignment with branding, project schedule, budget and quality standards; Change Management services to define the change management activities, responsibilities, and deliverables required to support successful implementation of the upcoming organizational, process, or technology changes. The goal is to ensure that impacted stakeholders are informed, prepared, and supported throughout the transition, resulting in sustained adoption and minimal disruption to operations; Wayfinding services to design a comprehensive wayfinding system that enhances navigation, improves user experience, and supports brand identity across the project site or facility.
