FA469025Q0012 – Solicitation - 89 ATKS Electrical Hookups

The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469025Q0012, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the 89th Attack Squadron (ATKS.)

The projected Period of Performance is 45 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). In accordance with Contract Clause 52.211-10, commencement of work shall begin upon receipt of the NTP and be completed no later than the date specified.

This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238210 with a size standard of $19M. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.

Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 named, Solicitation - FA469025Q0012, Attachment 1 - STATEMENT OF WORK_20FEB25, and Attachment 2 - Plans and Electrical Layout.

A site visit is scheduled for 28 February 2025, at 2:00 pm MDT, in building 1008, Ellsworth AFB. Interested contractors need to email the names of the visitors and the company name they represent to adriana.pingel.1@us.af.mil no later than 24 February 2025 by 2:00 pm MDT. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation.

Quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted not later than 12 March 2025 by 2:30pm MDT to adriana.pingel.1@us.af.mil. Please title all submissions with the following subject line: “FA469025Q0012 – Solicitation – 89 ATKS Electrical Hookups”.

Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement.
