The premises sought through this RFP will house the Northeast Massachusetts training center of State 911. State 911 is responsible for the coordination and implementation of enhanced 911 services throughout the Commonwealth, and for the administration of this service. State 911 provides the 233 public safety answering points (PSAPs) in Massachusetts with call processing equipment; database, network, and technical support services; and training for personnel handling the calls at the PSAPs It is anticipated that training sessions at the center may hold up to 45 people at any given time. Training sessions at this center are not daily occurrence.
