Project Description: The County of Bernaillo (“County”) Behavioral Health Authority and the City of Albuquerque (“City”), through the County Purchasing Section of the Procurement and Business Services Department (“Purchasing”), is soliciting proposals from Offerors to build capacity locally, to grow, train, and sustain existing small and medium size behavioral health providers with an operating annual budget of $2 million or less. A small behavioral health provider must have an operating annual budget of less than $500,000.00. A medium behavioral health provider must have an operating annual budget of less than $2,000,000.00.
