For Leaside Curling Club - State of Good Repairs at 1075 Millwood Rd, Toronto, on behalf of the City of Toronto, Parks and Recreation Division. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Phase 1- Structural Wall and Foundation Work Foundation Waterproofing Miscellaneous structural repairs Site drainage improvements Exterior walkway repairs Miscellaneous repairs and upgrades Phase 2- Refrigeration Equipment and Rink Slab Work Replace the existing sand rink slab with new concrete rink slab Refrigeration equipment upgrades Miscellaneous repairs and upgrades |

Mandatory Site Meeting
.1 Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The mandatory site meeting will take place at 10:00am local time on December 5, 2025 at Leaside Curling Club, 1075 Millwood Rd., Toronto. Meet the City Representative at Main Entrance. Site meetings will not be available at any other times. .2 Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory site meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. .3 Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory site meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant. |
