Project Description: This project will construct an emergency vehicle traffic signal with a fiber connect to the City of Charlotte network at the Phase 1 driveway for the Firehouse River District on Dixie River Road/ The work includes traffic signal cabinet, signal heads, messenger cable, underground conduit, aerial fiber, fiber splicing, and temporary traffic control.
