- Pre-Bid/Site Visit: A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 11:00 am. We will meet in front of the ARRC Cruise Ship Terminal and walk over to the location. Attendees should plan on being at the meet location by 10:45 am. You must register to attend the pre-bid by 3:00 pm Friday, September 4, 2026. If no firms register, the pre-bid may be cancelled.
