This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.

The NYC Department for the Aging’s (“NYC Aging”) Nutrition Management unit is seeking bids for a consultant (“Consultant”) to coordinate and assist on one project: Café Style Dining/Congregate Meal Program Impact Study.

The "Café Style Dining/Congregate Meal Programs Impact Study" is a five-year program funded by the Administration for Community Living (“ACL”) to contract with older adult center sponsor organizations (“OAC Partners”) to implement eighteen (18) pop-up cafes at various community locations. The Project Consultant will track progress, compile reports, and coordinate with project partners on outreach, dissemination activities, and implementation, including recipe analysis and menu review and approval.
