The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC or Commission) alongside the
Horticulture, Forestry and Environment Education Division of Montgomery Parks, Pope Farm Nursery is
soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide the supply, delivery of installation of
One (1) 30’ wide x 96’ long Gothic Arch style, freestanding greenhouse structure at Pope Farm,
located at 7400 Airpark Rd., Gaithersburg, Maryland 20879.
Timeline
A virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on January 27, 2026, at 11 A.M. via Microsoft Teams. Bidders are strongly encouraged to carefully review the Solicitation Document and attend this meeting.
