Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform Programming & Design services for the following project:
Project Description: The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is seeking to design and construct a mobility
hub at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. This hub will consist of a 1,750 car parking garage, 75 employee parking,
bus parking, a bus transit center, and other facilities to support the bus operation. Initial programming, basis of design,
and cost estimating has been completed.
Construction Budget: $99,500,000.00
