Project Description: The City of Victoria is requesting proposals for construction management (for services and construction) for the Crystal Pool & Wellness Centre Replacement Project. The form of contract for construction management services will be the CCDC 5A 2010 Construction Management Contract with the intention that, if the City proceeds to construction in respect of one or more Work Packages, then the construction manager will assume the responsibility of general contractor for the Project in respect of such Work Package(s) and enter into a CCDC 2 2020 Stipulated Price Contract therefor.
